Spooky Punk

Spooky Punk is the name of the world created by Tan-staR, the artist name of Purinut Karchai. It brings a spooky atmosphere together with punk mischief, in a place where ghosts and monsters have an endearing side. Little Batzy, a young vampire born from a strange experiment, prefers tomato juice. His black cat companion, See-Ew, helps him welcome lonely spirits into a playful group of friends. Tomato, metal, leather and sweets tell their story in scent.

Tomato juice accord gives the opening a fresh tang, recalling Batzy's favourite drink. A metallic note adds a cold flash, like equipment in a laboratory, while cinnamon brings the warmth of spice. Several unusual details arrive together: juiciness, a cool sharpness and the first suggestion of spicy sweetness.

Leather gradually connects the metallic impression to a softer, darker texture. Clove continues the spice, and a candied accord adds a little childhood sweetness. It makes Batzy's younger side apparent in the fragrance. The sweets sit beside the strangeness, making it easier to approach, like discovering that a frightening-looking character is a friend who enjoys a good joke.

Vetiver, incense and labdanum provide earth, fragrant smoke and warm resin. Leather and spices become clearer with time, while tomato freshness and sweetness reappear among them. The details suggest the two companions walking through their colourful, shadowed world, carrying mischief and the comfort of being together.
