ODILE

Both Odette & Odile fragrances are inspired by the 2010 film “Black Swan” directed by Darren Aronofsky. The film will be about the protagonist of a ballerina who is very devoted to the ballet career. She had been in the theater for so long that she finally had the chance to play the lead role of the Swan Princess in Swan Lake. The challenge in acting was that she played a white swan named ‘Odette’ and a black swan named ‘Odile’, both of which have very different characters. Odette is delicate, graceful, and fragile. Some, on the other hand, Odile, or the Black Swan, must be aggressive, mysterious and voluptuous.

Based on that inspiration, I created the core of these two fragrances with Vanilla to represent the main character in Black Swan and interpret the two fragrances.

Odile takes on Vanilla as the core, but interprets the scent completely differently than Odette. It intensifies Vanilla with the sweetness of Orange blossom Absolute, Amber and Heliotropin. Vanilla scent is much more pronounced compared to Odette to create the scent of seductive and mesmerizing scent, it covers everything with Sandalwood and Patchouli Essential Oil to create a mysterious character scent like a white swan transformed into a black swan in the Black Swan film.
